    Scope of Policy

    The Diversity and Inclusion Policy applies to all Schneider Electric entities worldwide. All Schneider entities are obliged to develop diversity and inclusion action that cover areas such as gender and cultural diversities, while meeting local regulations and addressing country-specific issues.

    We see inclusion as more than just welcoming diversity within Schneider Electric. For us, it is about creating an inclusive culture in which all forms of diversity are seen as real value for the company.

      Schneider Electric Brazil receives 2016 Silver Trophy, in large sized enterprise category, for leading gender equality. At the WEPs Brazil Award Prizegiving Ceremony, the strong mobilization for HeforShe in Brazil has been recognized.

    • Schneider Electric India received “WILL Best Employer for Women 2016”

      Women leaders of corporate world from all across India granted the award to Schneider Electric India as a big recognition of its commitment to build a diverse and inclusive organization.

    • Schneider Electric Malaysia wins 2016 Silver Award for Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Strategies

      Schneider Electric Malaysia exceeded the ambitious targets set in HeForShe pledges, new graduate hiring, diversity engagement driver score, female new hires, and women engagement and development.
