Sepam display showing "Application not selected"

This issue is because of the application is missing in the cartridge (i.e. cartridge is blank) which is to identify the type of Sepam (e.g. T87, S80...etc)
There are 2 ways to solve this issue:

1. Return the Sepam back to your corresponding local adaptation center (or the center you bought it) to replace;
2. Replace the cartridge with a new one which has a correct application inside.
